OrthoFi interview questions

The interview process was chaotic and vague with a heavy emphasis on them interviewing you, without regard to your time and need to interview them as well. The initial interview with their internal recruiter made the position sound attractive, but it went downhill from there. I had two interviews that both started with the reason why there was so little clarity in who I would be meeting with and what the intention of each interview was, being due to the number of people having recently left. The impression was everyone was jumping ship when the opportunity arose. Other than that the only thing I could get from the people I interviewed with was that their product is extremely difficult to learn, taking a long time to get up to speed. There were also a number of inconsistencies between their job description and the tech described in the interviews. I almost withdrew my application after the first interview, but had put time into their coding challenge already so wanted to chance to discuss it. Overall, it was difficult to take seriously and to even determine what the role is. Finally, they're using an outdated story point model.

I had the initial round with the Senior Talent Manager. I was told on the call I was moving forward to the next round with the hiring manager, then ghosted for three weeks, then told I would not be moving forward.
