I had a job shadow, two online interviews, and then an in person interview. Job shadow lasted two hours and the interviews online lasted roughly twenty to thirty minutes. Lots of ethical questions and background questions asked.

Very easy going! You get to meet several managers and they are all friendly and enjoyable. You get to your the building and even shadow other employees in the same role that you are applying for.
