Ortigas Land interview questions

The interview is straightforward. The HR would like to know about your educational background, personality, and knowledge of the position. I passed their initial interview; however, I was informed that I need to have a face-to-face interview at their head office, which I declined because it's a 12-hour journey from where we are.

The questions asked were very basic and answerable. Was able to finish the two step interview process in one day and was onboarded after. After getting accepted there was a sales training along with the requirements that you have to comply with including the BIR as you will not be a regular employee but rather an independent contractor.
