Oscar Gruss interview questions

They start off by giving an overview of the position and the expected salary for the role. They than start to ask you basic behavioral questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. One interviewer was on his phone the whole time, barely looking at the screen from the start. Both seemed to not have any passion for the job and didnt care to actually learn about the person they were interviewing. Overall I would not interview here again. Unpassionate employees and the starting salary/bonus is EXTREMELY LOW compared to the rest of the industry.
