Very efficient and professional even for an internship. They care about who they are willing to hire and you get a good idea of who you will be working for before being hired.

Interview
Exceptional - the first contact I had with HR of the organization was through e-mail correspondence, but they were very professional and very informative. Quickly set up an interview and was treated very well, everyone (there were about 4 people) was prompt and cheerful. They all very much put me at ease for the questions! The panel interview was direct and to the point, but the questions were apt and each person that I'd be working with had different and important questions to ask me. The chemistry between the interviewers was encouraging and proved to showcase the actual mood of the office too!
