It was a longer than usual process taking about 3-4 months from CV submission to offer. I went through 4 interview meetings. The first two were screening interviews, first with HR, and a second with a field interviewer. The 3rd was a role-playing presentation to a team of fellow architects which had to be well prepared in advance. In this phase you should put a significant effort in its preparation. The 4rd meeting was with the future manager.
