It was a long process but fair.
First interview with HR Department.
Second interview 1 on 1 more specific to the job i was appling for.
Third interview with 2 presentations for a panel and with questions.
Fourth interview with one of the persons responsible for the Department i was appling for.
I was asked to make 2 different presentations, one about one of my projects and another one about outsystems platform.

It was a longer than usual process taking about 3-4 months from CV submission to offer.
I went through 4 interview meetings. The first two were screening interviews, first with HR, and a second with a field interviewer. The 3rd was a role-playing presentation to a team of fellow architects which had to be well prepared in advance. In this phase you should put a significant effort in its preparation. The 4rd meeting was with the future manager.
