I see previous mentions regarding a lack of female employees. However, I saw at least 5 female intake specialists during my interview. There were also two females in working in an office, seemed balanced. I went in for an interview on a Tuesday, did the 2nd interview on a Wednesday and had a offer by Thursday. The only drawback was that they wanted me to start the following Monday. I did have to give a 2 week notice so that didn't work for me. However, they were more than understanding. When I attempted to quit my current employer offered more money so I decided not to join their team.
