Ovation Law Firm interview questions

Applied and 2 hours later received a call and asked if I could interview right away. Had an interview same day via zoom. Everything seemed positive. John told me that he had a different position in mind for me based on my experience and that he would connect me with the sales Manager, Bryan. I had an in person interview the following day that went really well in my opinion. I got a couple texts from John later going over my schedule. Once we had that squared away, they said they would send an offer letter over. I have not heard back from them since even after a couple of attempts to reach out. I would highly advise not interviewing here and wasting time with the process as it seems others have had similar experiences.

In person interview first, 2nd interview via zoom. After that expect a job offer. Very easy process, anyone with an inside sales background should consider applying. I see previous mentions regarding a lack of female employees. However, I saw at least 5 female intake specialists during my interview. There were also two females in working in an office, seemed balanced. I went in for an interview on a Tuesday, did the 2nd interview on a Wednesday and had a offer by Thursday. The only drawback was that they wanted me to start the following Monday. I did have to give a 2 week notice so that didn't work for me. However, they were more than understanding. When I attempted to quit my current employer offered more money so I decided not to join their team.
