After a phone interview with the HR recruiter followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager, I was asked to interview on site with the hiring manager and 4 other members of the interview team (in 3 different sessions). All involved were very pleasant, professional and helpful with their answers to my questions. They impressed me as the type of people I would enjoy working with. The hiring manager's assistant was very timely and helpful with communications regarding the interview schedule. Less than a week after the interview, I was contacted by the OC recruiting manager who provided interview feedback and a general timetable for future communication. I found this to be especially helpful as I am interviewing for other positions simultaneously. Overall, a very positive experience at OC.
