The interview started with a written test and I was given 1.5 hour to complete. Then, I was interviewed by the HR lady. Questions mostly based on my resume and work experience. However, I don't think she has an understanding of humanitarian work and how many of these programmes are ran in the field. After that, two ladies that are in charge of the particular programme interviewed me and asked me questions about all my work experience, education, the written test, and my decision of some life choices (moving, working, studying). Overall, it was a rather causal interview and the two ladies responsible for the programme explained what is expected of the successful candidate.
