Online application followed by timed written test. Then two interviews, and a third meeting where they offered me the job. The first interview was with a panel - one person from the Regional office where the job was placed, another who had flown in from an international office, a third who was phoning in remotely, and the fourth was an HR staff who seemed to be sleeping in the corner. The questions started easy - "tell us about yourself, your experience, what would you bring to this position" and then moved on to more difficult questions where they put forward difficult scenarios and asked me how I would react. The second interview was with one person only and was very friendly - essentially vetting me to make sure I was right for the job. Then I was called in for a third meeting where they offered me the job.
