For a volunteer position, I was required to fill out forms regarding age/ date of birth and to have two adequate references. A fairly informal chat about previous work experience where they also ask what days you are free to work.

A casual facility tour followed by questions on accessibility and preferred roles on the shop floor or processing. Introduced to some more external individuals who commit to the everyday runnings.
