The interview process was fast, first I had a quick conversation with HR to see if I could fit to the role, After 3 days I had a conversation with my future leader and he asked some technical and management questions, On the third and last interview I spoke with a future stakeholder and project manager, where they have asked a bit more about myself and my management style.
