I wish that the brand was more organized. It felt as though there was no clear structure within the organization from the minimal interaction we had. I think they could benefit from formalizing their interview process.

The interview questions themselves weren’t hard, but the room was very uncomfortable. Their office was a warehouse hybrid so it was very hot, very stuffy, and there were lit candles in the room which made it even hotter!
