PAI Medical Indiana interview questions

Upon arriving for the interview, I was given a paper application to fill out. The interview itself was a standard one on one interview and I got to ask many questions about the position's responsibilities, scheduling, etc. I was told multiple times that I had the qualifications they were looking for, appeared capable, etc and the atmosphere was pleasant, so it overall felt promising. I was later completely ghosted without receiving a rejection notice, a practice which is extremely unprofessional.
