Very casual, interviewed by the owner of firm and another partner via Teams. It was a very relaxed interview and they made me feel at ease. The interview was only one stage and an offer was made via the agent within 2 weeks.

Interview
Fairly standard interview but really lovely people. Very much a chat rather than structured interview. No stupid snake oil tests or exam questions which was good. I always do well in them but when you look at who gets hired in places where they use tests, they are obviously pointless.

They were v focussed on my business plan, and were very enthusiastic. You could tell they knew what they were looking for and it was mostly about fit.
