Interview
Was given an exercise in following directions and paying attention to detail. Specifically asked to plan a company offsite with about 12-15 variables. Three different venues were to be evaluated. Ultimately had to create a cost breakdown, itinerary and cover email. Took about 45 minutes.
Recruiter, team member, team member, team member, multiple in person meetings. Overall, very slow and tedious process. Can easily keep you in process for several months. Many interviewers showed up unprepared, clearly reviewing my resume for the first time during our meeting. It's clear that hiring and candidate experience is not a priority for them. I spent months interviewing and never received feedback.
