PENNEP interview questions

I was scheduled for a phone call to learn more about the job but after waiting by my phone for an hour and a half no phone call happened. If something came up I would understand but I checked my messages and nothing was sent to me during that time to ask to reschedule. I couldn't call them myself because all correspondence was through email and no phone number was given. If this is how they treat someone willing to take the time to hear more about working for them I cannot imagine how they treat the people who work for them. I am no longer interested in the job because of this.

The interview process consisted of four rounds, all conducted online. Here's a breakdown of each round: HR Round: In the first round, I had an HR interview. This round focused on assessing my overall fit for the company and the specific role. The HR representative asked questions related to my background, work experience, career goals, and expectations from the company. This round helped determine if my skills and aspirations aligned with the company's culture and values. Technical Round: The second round was a technical interview. In this round, the interviewer assessed my knowledge and skills related to digital marketing. They asked questions about various digital marketing strategies, tools, platforms, and industry trends. Additionally, they may have given me hypothetical scenarios to evaluate my problem-solving and analytical skills. This round aimed to gauge my expertise in the field and assess my ability to handle real-life marketing challenges. Document Verification and Behavioral Round: The third round involved document verification and a behavioral interview. The company requested certain documents to verify my educational qualifications, work experience, and any certifications I claimed to have. This round was also an opportunity for the interviewer to evaluate my behavioral competencies and assess how I would fit into the team dynamics. They may have asked questions about my past experiences, teamwork, conflict resolution, and adaptability to different work environments. Overall, the interview process encompassed assessing my technical knowledge, evaluating my behavioral competencies, and ensuring the accuracy of my provided documents. Each round aimed to determine my suitability for the digital marketing role within the company.
