There was a first round interview with the Account Director and Account Manager of the team. It was a very friendly conversation on my previous experience and description of the role. In the second round I was asked to put together a suggested plan together for one of their clients and present it to the team. The questions were very basic and they were overall interested more in the personality rather the experience of the candidates.
