Interview
My friend and I both interviewed for this role multiple months apart. On both occasions we took off from our current job to go in, and the person who we were supposed to be meeting didn’t show up. It felt disrespectful to our time (especially now that I can see it is a trend). I didn’t receive an offer but I wasn’t interested at that point anyway as it’s a red flag. It also felt like they were looking for one unicorn to fill a position that should really be covered by multiple people, and I anticipated it would be an unhappy work environment.
The interview process typically involves several rounds with senior leadership and core account team members, designed to assess strategic thinking, relevant experience, collaboration style, cultural fit, and how candidates approach real-world client challenges.
