2 interviews. Boss was very laid back. Got the second interview but couldn't take it. Dress nice but don't stress that part too much, the interviewer seemed more interested in the person under the clothes.

They try an make it seems like they are a professional Andy yet when asked about salty they couldn’t give a clear answer because you are paid off 100% commissions and only after working 6 days a week (illegal btw) for 3 weeks.

Well first of all, the advertisement for this internship was misleading. Their ad stated "Public Relations Intern for Non-profit paid", which was definitely not the case. It's clear that they used marketing related words just to target people to apply.
When I first walked in it was the sketchy office that was blaring EDM music. A man with a super thick Dublin accent was at the fron desk handing out clip -boards. It was all very odd, but I just filled out the information anyways because I drove all the way up there. It was a super quick paper with questions like "Who inspires you the most?", "What qualities make you a good worker?" Then they called my name
They took me to this back room, where this lady with a super thick Irish accent starting blurbing out information so fast I can barely understand her. i didn't even get a chance to introduce myself. It became pretty clear to me that their a door-to-door sales company.
She asked me why I applied and I told her "I applied for the public relations internship because Im a PR major", and she seemed genuinely confused. I'm honestly insulted by this , company targeting actual marketing, public relations, and advertising majors to join their scam of a sales team.
Don't bother applying for this company if you spent 4 years earning a bachelors degree, go elsewhere where your talents and efforts are appreciated.
