I applied online. First I had a screening with the recruiter and after an interview with the manager. Next, I also had an interview with 2 teammates. The last interview was quite odd. It seemed like they were not prepared and did not know what to ask me. In the end, I got ghosted despite 2 follow-ups that I have done after.
