Interview
The interview process was quite extensive, involving tests and presentations that appeared somewhat misaligned with the role, ultimately requiring a considerable investment of time and effort. Additionally, the case study component lacked relevance and was not meaningfully addressed during the presentation.
It's a very traditional method but very effective session with one to one session. Very clear objective and zoom directly into the discussion on the education background and experiences. I am totally not agreed with the Harrison assassment tens and method. And the backgound checking is maybe too detail so the camdidate will feel uncomfortable.
