Interview
The interview consisted of several behavioral and technical questions. The STAR format was used to respond to these questions. The interviewers painstakingly write all the answers in their pre formatted questioners, which made the interview session very long. Sometimes, you need to repeat your answers several times in order for them to list it down.

Interview
The interview took place on October 3. It was supposed to be at 3:30 pm but Carol Castanza contacted me an hour earlier while at work to try to do the interview on a half hour. After I was told that I would hear back first week of November. I never heard back. I emailed Carol mid November and was ignored after trying to follow up twice. I'm shocked at the disrespect by this individual. I interviewed prior and had an excellent time and everyone in the company was great but this time, it was shocking at how little respect this individual has for it's potential employers. I had to go through Facebook PSEG in order to find out that I am no longer being considered. Lastly, the position I was interviewed for is not the same as the position I applied and I prepared for the wrong interview because of her mistake. Once I was at the interview a different position was mentioned.

Mostly personality questions and one circuits question.
