I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PSTakeCare (Mumbai) in Dec 2015
Interview
1) Group Discussion - The firm being from healthcare services sector gave a topic something in the lines of 'Role of technology useful in healthcare sector in India.
2) Resume based Interview(HR) - You just have to be thorough with your resume. Two, three catchy points of my resume have been asked about, and also there were sub roles in a management trainee, like Business analytics/ product development/ marketing.. I've gone through these profiles exactly, so I could actually tell what I wanted, since I've a technical, design background and the product is yet to launch, I said I'd work with product development team and later would want to move to analytics part.
3)Technical Interview (Case study) - It was a group case study and was moderate, me having done good number of cases beforehand. This went on for 35-45 minutes and it was fun.

Question 1
The case asked was interesting and as said it was a group case study. There were three of us and each of us were said to owe an ice cream parlour. Say A-Naturals(I was A), B-Baskin Robbins, C-Newly opened brand which serves Yoghurt. A is located inside a theatre in Phoenix mall of Kurla (Since we were in Mumbai for a long time), B and C are in the food court of the mall. Each of us had to estimate the number of customers on an average day. There were some ifs and buts which the interviewer put in order to add twists and test our understanding. Once we are done with the guesstimation, the next part of the question, was suppose A was given a stall next to B and C for a day and everyone is allowed to price your products at whatever rates you want, what would be your pricing strategy for that day.
