PT Freeport Indonesia interview questions

Overall a very easy and pleasant process. 1) Apply with CV through their website. 2) They will call you to confirm your availability for an interview panel if you pass the CV screening. It takes a week for me between my application and this stage. The interview is conducted once with 4 people from the department you will be placed in for approx. 1 hour including a technical test (around 20 mins) and behavioral & culture-fit questions. Please be informed that this might be different for other positions and majors (I'm psychology major). My technical test revolves around analyzing psychological assessment result and my familiarity with the tools and I'd say it was easy. The interviewers are very friendly and informative, it felt more like a casual conversation and they want to make sure that you're completely aware of the working conditions there (since it's in Papua). It was fun. The interview was held both in English & Bahasa Indonesia. 3) A week after, you will get a call to continue with medical check up if you pass the interview. They will arrange the MCU schedule with their lab partner in your city. The MCU is very thorough so make sure you're prepared well. 4) Again, they will call you to let you know if you pass this stage and start arranging your travel accommodation.

Conducted online interview with 5 users, excluding 1 HR. Mostly they want to know your academic background and working experience. Also there were a section to examine your technical and engineering capabilities, especially things related to the division job.
