Length & long-winded, the indecisiveness of the hiring team drove the experience down. 2 months, beginning with 1 video interview, 1 in-person, 1 group interview, a subsequent phone call before being told the search for a candidate would go on pause. Minimum 1-2 weeks waiting time for a response between each stage. Too process-driven for what it's worth. Was asked to answer a lengthy pre-interview online questionnaire that was not referred to once at any stages of contact. The lack of a detailed job description outlining key deliverables was not provided, despite asking several times. Signifying indecision from the company and only confirmed when provided a generic answer about how 'everyone wears different hats' by two managers.
