Length & long-winded, the indecisiveness of the hiring team drove the experience down. 2 months, beginning with 1 video interview, 1 in-person, 1 group interview, a subsequent phone call before being told the search for a candidate would go on pause. Minimum 1-2 weeks waiting time for a response between each stage.
Too process-driven for what it's worth. Was asked to answer a lengthy pre-interview online questionnaire that was not referred to once at any stages of contact.
The lack of a detailed job description outlining key deliverables was not provided, despite asking several times. Signifying indecision from the company and only confirmed when provided a generic answer about how 'everyone wears different hats' by two managers.

Very warm and welcoming environment, sign in process at warehouse was efficient and safe. Was invited in to sit and then when interview began I was offered a cup of fresh coffee. Vibe of interview was fairly relaxed, in a good way.
