I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Pacific Northwest Fertility (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2015
Interview
I was suppose to be hired for a part time "receptionist/ patient care coordinator" position.
Where do I begin. I wasted 2 months of my time. I had 2 interviews in September then I wouldn't hear from the recruiter Julie for weeks. Then 3 weeks pass by an I receive an email out of the blue saying they haven't hired anyone for the position and to come in for a work interview which happened in October. Then again no contact for weeks and then I get a voicemail from the recruiter Julie saying how excited the lead Erica was for starting training with me and that she wants to begin the hiring process, how they understand that I have to put in a 2 week notice to my current employment. All she asked for was for 3 references to give her and that she would call me in the evening or the next morning. I didn't get any sort of contact till 5 days later in an email saying the Director decided to hire someone that already works in the facility so I did not get the position and I am probably disappointed to hear this.
Are you kidding me? Who does this type of thing to a person. Was this just a joke to waste my time, having me tell my current employer and my family that I have a new job and then like a complete fool hear that the recruiter was just kidding, I didn't get the position just because. I literally got emotional because I felt like an idiot being played with. If youre applying for a position at Pacific Northwest Fertility please know this kind of shenanigans can be done to you. I hope the Director reads this review and i hope understands how i have been played with.

Interview
Was surprisingly smooth and fast. Met with one interviewer to start, then later met with many other employees to get to know them and for them to get to know me. Very friendly environment!
