4 steps process. Fast feedback. Clear path and opportunity to talk and ask many questions to Head of Staff and CEO. Interviews led to analyze fit and alignment of both parties
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pack in May 2025
Interview
The interview process consisted of four stages, designed to evaluate both skills and cultural alignment. It began with an initial conversation with the recruiter to understand my background, motivation, and interest in the role. The second stage was a technical interview, based on real client scenarios, to assess my communication skills. Finally, I had a culture-fit interviews, where we discussed company values, teamwork, and how I would contribute to the organization’s environment.

Question 1
technical interview with a similation of cold calling
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pack in Jul 2025
Interview
The interview process is set up with 4 steps. The first one is a one-way video interview with 3/4 general questions about your attitude. The second one is the technical step, where I used Zell to simulate a cold call. In the third step, I had a behavioral interview with the CEO. I made it to the last step with the Head of People.
I did not get the offer, but the whole process went smoothly. I particularly appreciated receiving a phone call instead of just a standard rejection email. The only aspect that could be improved is the timing of the final feedback, which took longer than expected.
