I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (Denver, CO) in Sep 2023
Interview
Pretty okay, intimidating process. Will reject for no foreseeable reason. OA is quite hard for an intern if you have little/no experience. Also, you're given barely any time at all to complete the OA and you *will* likely scramble to complete it.
The phone screen was very conversational, they try to match you with someone who has some similarity to you. I expressed interest and connected with the recruiter, but did not pass the OA.
Started with a short recruiter chat about why you want to work there. Next was a technical problem that involved hashmaps, looping, and accessing nested data. After not being successful, I received a rejection shortly after.
I applied online. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (New York, NY) in Feb 2026
Interview
They were fairly friendly and it was overall a positive experience. The interviewer was kind and explained the questions well. I'd recommend going in to just know more about the company and the technology, instead of going blind.
