I applied for an internship position.
I was contacted by a recruiter in September and it took 2 MONTHS to actually have a phone interview. It took them a lot of time to schedule a phone call, then the interviewer didn't show up, then 2 more weeks passed before I got another interview scheduled.
The interview was easy and it went quite well (at least in my opinion), but then I got an automatic rejection letter with no feedback, which sucks considering the amount of time I've spent discussing with the recruiters over the 2 months.
Had a chat with HR and then a technical interview with an engineer. They gave some some quite normal leatcode type questions that I had to answer to continue to the next steps.

I have so far completed the 20 minute recruiter call, which was an easy behavioral. They asked me what I'm looking for in a job and what I do at my current role.

Interview
Quick call with recruiter then technical interview. First call was easy, fit of company etc... Technical interview was leetcode easy and code walk through. Overall, much easier than what I had read online.
