I applied online and the entire process took 3 months. Very disappointed because it was never communicated how many more stages there would be coming up. I went through an interview with a peer I'd closely be working with, another member of the team with whom I did a case study exercise with, a panel interview with three more team members. It was a long and slow process, having to contact the recruiter frequently to understand next steps. It was not clear who, if any of the folks I spoke with, were the hiring manager. Everyone I spoke with seemed very kind and smart, I cannot say anything negative about the people working there. I tried to schedule a call with an Affinity Group leader but the recruiter was not able to schedule it which was a shame. I felt like I was going to be made an offer but they said they decided to go in a different direction. When asking for more feedback, I got ghosted. After spending countless hours preparing for interviews, doesn't feel like they cared to give me the same respect.
