The application process took two months and a half. I was interviewed twice - the first interview was based on competency-based questions and the second interview included a task (develop a vision for the list). The interviewers were nice, but communication with HR was consistently terrible, often offering to follow up but then not doing so in a timely manner. They also re-advertised the job after my second interview without updating me on the next steps, which I thought was very rude. Overall, the company came across as very unprofessional and unreliable and I will not be applying for any further roles in the future.
