In person Group interview. I had 5 other candidates with me. There were 3 people conducting the interview. Giving us scenarios in the hospital that could occur and asking us how we would react. Took about an hour .

You enter an inpatient’s room who is a minor that is requesting to go outside to play. What do you do?
MMI style interview. Interviewers are pretty indifferent or even cold, so you have to ignore it and be upbeat. I personally didn't appreciate the tone of the entire interview - it was very impersonal and felt like hazing.
