Pamplona Capital Management interview questions

It was the usual recruiter phone screening interview and hiring manager interview — a two-step process. The recruiter asked the usual questions and had you scheduled for the HM's interview which would be 4 days before the date. Hiring managers were genuinely kind and were able to accommodate process-related questions with substantial and detailed answers.

I joined a hiring event; performed one interview via Zoom interview; received fast track to hiring due to need for clinical research associate staff in area. The associate director hired me then retired shortly after I started.
