Took 2 months for the entire process from contacting an Senior Employee through reference at Panasonic USA, Newark right up to the time of my in person interview and till I got a reply back. I had to reach out to the HR every time asking about the next steps, after the phone interview, to the in person interview and till the final decision.
HR Phone screening interview was basic I was asked only 3 questions:-
1) Tell me about your procurement experience at your current organisation? Talk about some projects in detail.
2) Why Panasonic?
3) What are your salary expectations? Since we would require to sponsor you.
Brief conversation with HR.
In person interview:
Interviewed with 3 members from the team, interview was mostly resume based questions trying to understand my career path, my relevance of academics and trying to know my professional interests.
