Interview
I put in an application online, and I got an e-mail saying that he wanted to interview me, and to call him to put me on the interview list. I called him and we did a quick phone interview, and I had a face-to-face interview a few days later. He said I did fantastic and would get to me on Thursday, but that I did fantastic in the interview. I got an E-mail on Friday saying they decided to go with someone else, but will keep in touch with me in case they have another opening.

Kind, straightforward manager that ran through all of the requirements first. I appreciated this because I did not meet the requirement to have a vehicle. I thanked the manager and he did suggest a day shift position, but I passed

It was very pleasant you start off with online interview (2 rounds) and then you go in person and talk to the overnight baker and kind of shadow them through their shift. They then decide who get the job from there

Interview
It was really easy and my interviewer was incredibly nice. I was nervous to go, but she assured me that my nerves were healthy. Also had no experience and was able to just jump right in.
