I dropped off an application and then soon after had my first and second interview with two different managers. Then after waiting a while to hear back, I eventually called them and they apologized for not getting back to me, because they had lost my application.

You sit down, are offered a free cup for the fountain machine and then you show them your resume. The questions were all fine except I had to jump through hoops and ended up going to three interviews because the main manager had covid

They asked why I wanted to work for Panera and where I used to work.
It was just your average interview. I was interviewed by the general manager. He was kind. We got along great. This was my first job so I had a lot of questions after I was offered the job. It was was a quick interview as he had many others to do that day. I was nervous but it really was a breeze

Interview
Relaxed, direct and not super invasive but I felt all the questions we reasonable and helpful for both the employee and employee. One of the easiest and most relaxed interviews I've had.
