I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paradise Soho (London, England) in May 2021

Interview

Really friendly interview with the owner and head chef at the time. Included a short trial session in the kitchen. All the staff were polite and hard-working. Went for a short stroll with the owner as we discussed the role in detail and finished with an offer!
