Paramount Students interview questions

The interview process was conducted by a trainee HR team member, who led the session using a prepared script. As a trainee, she followed the script closely to ensure that all key points were covered, which provided structure to the interview. However, her approach was somewhat formal and lacked engagement, likely due to her inexperience. The strict adherence to the script made the process feel a bit mechanical, and there was limited opportunity for deeper, more personalized interaction. While the process was organized and covered the necessary topics, it would have benefited from a more conversational and interactive approach.

This interview was quite honestly a joke. The interviewer didn't know anything about the position (which was an unpaid internship with the potential for a job at the end of 16 weeks). When I asked about this potential job it was very vaguely outline and confirmed my suspicions that there is no job. This company uses interns to have unpaid workers, and judging by the other reviews, the potential job disappears at the end of the 16 weeks.
