Parkifi interview questions

Asked to submit resume and instead of a cover letter, in the email please attach 5 bullet points why you should be considered for the position. After 10 days from my submission I never heard back, I emailed them back to check the status, no reply. I again emailed them 12 days after that and do not expect a reply. For such a forward moving company that is small, should be very easy for a hiring manager to at least reply stating they had received the submission even if a person wasn't going to be considered. Or at least reply to the follow up saying that they had found a candidate.
