I applied online. I spoke with a recruiter and was sent to interview with the manager. I was told I would hear back after two weeks. That did not happen. The firm was not honest about the full time opportunities they had and asked if I would consider contract work. Of course this firm will lie to your face with impugnity. I followed up with the recruiter after a month. I was told by the recruiter to get out of the structural engineering profession. I broke down in tears and had to tell this recruiter to shut up, but he continued yelling at me. He told me to keep quiet about my bad interview experience and not discuss it publicly. Apparently, they interview candidates just to fulfill their EEOC requirements. The firm does not have any real career opportunities. Interviewing with this firm is much worse than getting a root canal and getting involved in a major car accident combined. This firm is poorly managed and a complete waste of time. I saw some of their sample reports and they indicate they have no idea what the building's structure is. The firm name is an oxymoron like jumbo shrimp.
