Finally a company that values a work-life balance! This company believe or not trusts their employees and has virtually no micromanagement. Perfect for someone who works independently.
Honestly, it's hard to think of any. I would say if you're the type of person who needs constant feedback or management oversight, this might not be the best place for you.
Advice to Management
Maybe provide more feedback but it's not a necessity.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Partner Engineering and Science (Torrance, CA) in April 2018.
Quick show around of their office followed by a casual interview with one of their directors. Interview went very well. Said they didn't want a candidate with a certain background, but ended up hiring exactly that person. Knew someone personally inside the company who recommended me, and both the company and contact ended up never responding back. If they treat their employee referrals like trash I'd hate to see how they treat the rest of their candidates.
