PartnerOne (Canada) interview questions

Two interview rounds. A lot of the same questions between the two rounds. A general mix of behavioural and finance/valuation questions can be expected. None of the interviewers had their cameras on for the first round and the Principal asked some frankly unprofessional questions about the hours and pay of my previous positions. The pay was barely above Ontario/Quebec minimum wage and had no flexibility, way below market rates. The complexity of the questions do not reflect the pay rate at all.
