Interview
Very unprofessional. Admin reached out and asked me to submit a cover letter, because they hadn't received one with my application. After taking the time to write a cover letter extensively detailing my background and interest in the role, per their request, I was contacted to set up an interview. When I tried to coordinate this interview, I was ghosted. Sent multiple follow-ups to the admin, but no response.
There was a short screening call, followed by a longer interview with 2 senior members of staff, and a final interview with the supervisor for the position. Everyone was kind and helpful!

Interview
First interview was 30 minutes with the hiring manager who would be the direct supervisor. Second interview was with two team members whose roles work closely with this one. Third interview was with another team member and two higher-ups.
The process rolled along pretty smoothly. Someone always got back to me until the end when they implied they would make a decision and not “keep people in the dark” for long due to a weeklong break after a week of interviews. They only contacted me with a rejection after I followed up weeks later. They are friendly and seemed optimistic for their revamp which gave me the impression they had some organizing left to do.
