Hi there, Thank you very much for this feedback and I’m sorry that your application to work with us was unsuccessful on this occasion. We’re really disappointed to hear that the recruitment agency may have provided a poor standard of feedback - this falls short of how we expect our external talent partners to operate. When recruitment agencies are involved in our hiring processes we must respect non-direct candidate contact boundaries, which is why in the instance of a non-direct application we provide the feedback to the recruitment agency and ask them to tell their candidates to reach out to us to discuss feedback further. Please feel free to reach out directly to the People Team and we’d be happy to provide the detailed feedback that was given to your recruitment agency to pass onto you. We naturally want to understand more about where your experience with our external talent partner fell short so we can work with our partners to ensure a great experience for all candidates in future.
