Patco Brands interview questions

The process was disorganized and lacked transparency. It began with an unscheduled call from the R&D head, followed by a loosely structured phone interview. Subsequent rounds included a virtual meeting with the small R&D team and an in-person visit to meet the CEO. Key details such as a hands-on practical test were not communicated in advance, and the onsite experience felt unprepared and informal. The final conversation with the CEO was vague. Despite extended outreach from the company over several months, the communication post-interview was unresponsive. It ultimately took multiple follow-ups to receive a brief rejection. Overall, the experience felt inconsistent and unprofessional.

I felt like the interviews were fine, and scheduled in a timely manner. i met with 3 different people only to be ghosted at the end. i followed up after my final interview and they said they were still reviewing, but completely went radio silent.
