Be aware that the role advertised as “remote” is actually a hybrid position. During the interview process, it became clear that employees are expected to be in the office four days a week. If you are specifically looking for a fully remote role, it’s worth clarifying the working arrangement early in the process. It would be more transparent if the position were advertised as hybrid rather than remote to avoid misunderstandings for candidates.
