I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Paycom (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Was reached up by recruiter via email, had 3 calls with the recruiter before being able to schedule an in person interview with the sales manager. Quick interview, the manager was personable and asked great questions but a little cold, didn't get much personality of the office and the manager. Overall, good process, but timely for not receiving an offer.

Interview
Great interview process for the junior executive internship! Mainly ask behavioral questions, want to see that you are a go getter, and are hungry. Make sure that you really do your prep on the company, position, and don't forget to close at the end!

Interview
45 min long interview process first with a manager and then with the regional VP. They ask questions mainly about background, sales experience, and behavioral experiences. Conversation is light hearted but in depth.
